One darker photo needed more brightening than I expected, but the final result was still good. Overall, the quality has been very good.
Communication around the design was easy. The crop was adjusted so nobody near the edge of the photo was cut off. The final version looked cleaner than the file I originally sent.
The best part was that the product was practical. everyone started comparing photos and several relatives asked for extras.
These were made for our family reunion welcome bags, and I was impressed when I opened the package. The faces stayed clear after cropping and the colours looked bright without being overdone. Nothing looked randomly cropped or rushed.
