Refund Policy

Design My Magnets sells both custom-made personalized products and pre-made items.

Custom & Personalized Products:
All custom-made or personalized products are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom or personalized items, as these products are made specifically to order based on customer-provided photos or designs.

If a custom item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Made Products:
Returns are accepted for pre-made, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition, the return will not be approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
